My team and I were assigned to create a pitch for "Win with Fashion and Style" which is a pillar of Macy's Polaris strategy. We collaborated to find the idea of introducing a gender neutral capsule in to one of Macy's private brands Bar lll. This capsule had 6 different pieces that we choose based off our research on Macy's current assortment, values, and trend forecasts. This included; garment details, product allocation, profit, marketing tactics, pricing, and more. With this, our goal was to create an inclusive capsule for any consumers lifestyle. This was presented in front of Macy’s executive team.
